All our stock is provided by a third party that has been delivered to us, and we ensure that it's in good condition and presentable before we ship your order to you. We do this securely and safely to ensure that the merchandise/s is well looked after before they get to you. We make sure that the best quality in our inventory is provided for you.

Full refunds are accepted if the merchandise is in good condition. The refund will be processed seven days after receiving your return. Please note that our customers are responsible for covering postage refund costs. Keeping proof of shipment details is highly recommended for we are not responsible for loss of item/s. Through contactwriter@terilpalmer.com, please send the tracking information so we can track the return through our end to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged goods. If your merchandise has been damaged during transit, please send us photo documentation through contactwriter@terilpalmer.com, and we can send out a replacement or offer a complete refund.

Refunds will only be issued when an invoice or proof of service is presented to us.
